I've found my way back to the gym and it seriously gets harder and harder each time. I should really make it a habit of not leaving. To help me with my motivation I got some cool new headphones, a juicing book, and a big bag of organic matcha green tea. I'm on day 2 and still feeling positive.
Sure, I'm sore but I'm more sick of not having energy. Hoping to get to day 30 successfully.
